Treviate Custom Order Guidelines

Each garment produced by Treviate is made specifically for the individual who ordered it. Our approach focuses on personalized design, measurements, and preferences — which means each item is unique and created to order. Because of this, our return and refund policy is structured to reflect the custom nature of our work.

1. Custom Production

All Treviate garments are individually crafted based on client-provided input. Once production begins, the process cannot be reversed or reassigned to another customer.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of personalized garments, we do not accept returns based on change of mind, style adjustments, or measurement variations submitted incorrectly by the client.

3. Quality Review Before Dispatch

Every order undergoes a quality review before shipping. We check measurements, construction, and finishing to ensure consistency with the original request.

4. In Case of Production Issue

If you believe there has been a clear production issue (such as incorrect garment construction based on confirmed measurements), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assess the situation and propose a practical next step.

5. How to Report a Concern

To report an issue, please include the following:

◾A clear description of the concern

◾Photos of the garment (if applicable)

This helps us understand what happened and respond appropriately.

6. Resolution Approach

If we determine that the issue occurred during production on our side, we will offer a solution. This may include adjustments, remaking the item, or other practical steps based on the situation.

7. Shipping Costs

In cases where a resolution is approved, Treviate may cover or share return shipping costs at our discretion, depending on the specifics of the case.

8. Clear Communication

We commit to handling every inquiry clearly, respectfully, and without unnecessary delays. Our team will stay in contact with you throughout any issue-resolution process.
